About us

The Trust’s vision is to preserve and treasure our Thames Valley & Great Western bus heritage connecting people, places and the past, bringing joy and understanding of where we have been and where we are going today.

​As an educational charity, we put on events (including in Reading) so everyone can experience bygone travel. 

Supporters can get involved restoring our heritage buses or exploring photographs and memorabilia in our archive.  All Supporters receive our regular magazine covering local bus history and news of Trust activities. 

Group visits to the Collection are welcome by prior arrangement.
