Royal Berks Charity is inviting the local community to join them for a special summer garden party at the beautiful Englefield Estate, as the charity celebrates 30 years of supporting patients, families and NHS staff across the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust.
Taking place on Friday 18 July, the garden party will be a chance to come together, enjoy a relaxed afternoon in stunning surroundings, and help raise funds for the charity’s £300,000 30th Anniversary Appeal.
Guests can look forward to artisan stalls, food, entertainment and plenty of time to soak up the atmosphere at one of Berkshire’s most loved estates. Cream teas are also available to book in advance for £9, making it a perfect afternoon treat with friends, family or colleagues.
Tickets cost just £5 per person. Thanks to the generous support of headline sponsor AB Walker and event sponsor GPJ Consulting Engineers, money raised from the event will go directly to the charity’s 30th Anniversary Appeal, helping to fund projects that make a real difference to local patients and NHS staff.
A spokesperson for Royal Berks Charity said: “We’re really looking forward to welcoming people to Englefield Estate for what promises to be a lovely summer afternoon. Our 30th anniversary is a chance to celebrate everything our supporters have helped make possible over the years, while also raising vital funds for the future.
“We are incredibly grateful to AB Walker and GPJ Consulting Engineers for supporting this event. Their sponsorship means the money raised can go directly towards our £300,000 anniversary appeal, helping us continue to fund projects that go above and beyond for patients, families and staff across our local NHS.
“Whether you come along to browse the stalls, enjoy the entertainment, book yourself a cream tea or simply spend time in beautiful surroundings, every ticket sold will help us continue making a difference.”
For 30 years, Royal Berks Charity has helped fund projects that go above and beyond what the NHS can provide, improving care and experiences for people across the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. The charity’s £300,000 anniversary appeal will help fund equipment, services and projects that support patients, families and staff now and in the future.
