Reading Indie Comedy Festival 2023

Reading's first ever independent comedy festival will take place between Friday 19 May and Sunday 21 May 2023.

The festival will comprise of 3 days of hilarious shows across Reading's independent comedy circuit.

Reading Indie Comedy Festival's partners include: Laughter Craft Comedy, Mates Rates Comedy Club, Stand and Deliver Comedy Club, Just The Tonic Comedy Club, What's The Game Improv, Roast Battle UK, Milk Bar, Double-Barrelled Brewery, The Purple Turtle, plus more.

Lineup subject to change. Timings may changes slightly as we finalise the festival schedule.

The festival will comprise of:

Day 1, Friday 19 May

Reading New Comedian of the Year Competition, The Purple Turtle, 7:30pm - 9:30pm, Tickets £6

Day 2, Saturday 20 May

Comedy at the Taproom Showcase, Double-Barrelled Brewery, 7:30pm - 9:30pm, Tickets £15

Day 3, Sunday 21 May

What's The Game Improv Festival Showcase, Milk Bar, 11am - 12:30pm, Tickets £5

Buttrick and Steel Conquer The World, presented by Stand and Deliver Comedy Club, Milk Bar, 12:30pm – 2pm, Tickets £5

Fiona Allen, Milk Bar, 2pm – 3:30pm, Tickets £10

Glenn Wool, Milk Bar, 3:30pm – 5pm, Tickets £10

Nabil Abdulrashid, Milk Bar, 5pm - 6:30pm, Tickets £10
