Join us for coffee and a chat at The Reading Biscuit Factory. We'll be in the middle of the large seating area on the first floor.
The Sunday Alternative is a secular community based on nothing more than a celebration of life in all its highs and lows.
Our main event is a monthly assembly on the 4th Sunday of the month but we've found friendships bind faster if people have opportunities to meet outside of the assembly too. Also, some find it easier to come to an Assembly for the first time if they know a few faces from the coffee mornings.
The coffee morning is very well attended by people of all ages and backgrounds.
The actual full Assembly will be taking place on the 4th Sunday of the month, (except December's in the afternoon of the 18th) . We would love to have more helpers for that. Find out more by chatting with Stephen, Lynda, Dave, Halima or anyone else that seems to know what they are talking about. People who help with the Assembly get the most out of the group - this is where friendships are made.
