8km guided walk in the Stonor Valley
Join Walk Works as they explore the beautiful Stonor valley with this 8km circular route from Stonor Park & Gardens. The walk starts along Shakespeare's Way, through Kildridge Woods to Southend, through Gussetts Wood, past Upper Wood Farm and Bosmore Farm, returning to Stonor Park & Gardens for refreshments in their beautiful grounds. You can expect to see some magnificent trees, colourful rhododendrons, glorious woods, wild deer, sheep, quiet country lanes and all that spring has to offer in our wonderful Chilterns National Landscape.
The walk starts at 9.30am, is 8km with 5 hills and 3 stiles
Walk Works is led by 2 experienced walk leaders who are first aid trained and mental health first aid trained. Walks are risk assessed and checked beforehand.
