In a break from our ensemble's traditional wind quintet repertoire, we have invited local string players to join our clarinettist, Sarah Barrett, for the beautiful Brahms Clarinet Quintet plus a wonderful string arrangement of Finzi's Five Bagatelles.
Our oboist, Mildred Burchett-Vass, and pianist, John Sayer, will also introduce us to the British composer Michael Hurd through his Concerto da Camera.
All proceeds from this concert will go to First Days Children’s Charity.
