First Days Colour Run at Prospect Park
Sunday 12 May 2024 | 2pm start
First Days Children's Charity give choice, restore dignity and empower families who are living with a low income or are experiencing financial hardship. They believe that all children should be safe in their home, and out and about; they should be confident in school; and they should have lots of fun.
Part of their fundraising sees the return of their annual Colour Run at Prospect Park. Now in it's 3rd year, it's a fantastic family event where you go home a completely different colour to the one you arrived!
- A 2.5km lap which you can walk, run, skip once or twice.
- Four paint stations on each lap

Funday to support Reading Scouts
On 18 May, head to 79th Reading Scout Hall, Armour Hill, Tilehurst for a funday, raising funds for a group of Explorer Scouts to visit Malawi this summer to help with an Orphanage charity and complete some refurbishments as part of a community project.
Expect crafts, stalls, Stormtroopers, lots of games and much more. £1 entry, cash only.

Help Friends of Redlands bring their school library up to scratch!
The Friends of Redlands Primary School are fundraising to bring the school library up to scratch - new books, new shelving, new seating and a fresh lick of paint.
They're looking to raise £10k - head to their JustGiving Page to support them.
