St Luke's Church

St Luke’s Church (1882-83) is a Victorian church built to serve the growing population of the Redlands area of Reading. Today, the Church continues to engage with the local multicultural community. Built in red brick, it complements the surrounding housing in the area. Materials on display will include the history of the buildings, music and stained glass windows, a number of which came from the studio of C.E. Kempe. A number of church registers (marriage and military service) will be available for visitors to search for family connections to St Luke's. refreshments available.
