About us

The Scarlet Vixens are a 5* reviewed diverse and multi-skilled Burlesque troupe based in Reading, Berkshire. We formed to provide a safe, supportive and welcoming collective for performers, where creativity has no limits.

​The brainchild of burlesque teacher and enthusiast Miss Whambam Bolly-Na way back in 2011, Tootsie Rocques soon became co-manager shortly after, leaving her partner in crime to go forth and pursue other performing arts ventures. We're proud to have been running regular monthly shows at Reading's longest running bar The Purple Turtle since 2014; our flagship show which we absolutely adore!

​We host regular shows in venues in Reading, Bracknell, Oxford and London and provide solo and group acts dependant on space.
