About us

We are volunteers arranging screenings of the People's Emergency Briefing in the Reading and Mid-Berks area. The UK faces a growing climate and nature emergency, yet most people have never been fully briefed on what it means for our lives, our economy and our future. This film explains the risks facing the nation and the positive responses available. It is based on a National Emergency Briefing at Westminster given to leaders of business, faiths, sport, culture and the media. Chris Packham introduces it and is joined by Deborah Meaden and Jennifer Saunders as well as members of the public. The film is being shown by volunteers all around the country.
