Jazz Singers' Night

Fourth Wednesday of the month, 8-10pm

In 2013 Fleur Stevenson formed Reading's first Jazz Singers' Night; a monthly gig where singers are welcome to come along and sing one or two numbers with the house band. It provides a safe space for singers to perform to a friendly, supportive audience with a live jazz trio, gaining invaluable performing experience - skills that can only be learnt by getting up on stage.

Over the years the event has gone from strength to strength and grown into a community of like minded singers, musicians and music lovers. The evening has a relaxed atmosphere, and gives both those who are new to singing/jazz, and those who are more experienced a chance to perform with quality musicians in a supportive, safe and no pressure environment.

The evening runs from 8-10pm on the fourth Wednesday of every month at The Lyndhurst. It is completely free and open to everyone.
