Gig in the Gardens
This December, Reading’s iconic Forbury Gardens gets in the full festive spirit, with Gig in the Gardens, celebrating the best of Reading’s music, food and drink.
Join us from 5pm on Friday 9 December for an evening of fabulous live music from local bands including The Magical Mystery Four, Kill Committee and Tim Kay Band. Expect festive lighting, firepits, street food from Reading’s Blue Collar Food, and a bar selling a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Once the bands have wrapped up, stay on for the after-party and have your own pick of the music with our very own silent disco rave!

Tickets and pricing
Tickets can either be purchased in advance or on the door. To avoid disappointment, advance bookings are encouraged.
Entry costs £12, which includes booking fee. We will also be donating £2 from every sale to Reading Refugee Support Group, an award-winning local charity which has been helping refugees to rebuild their lives here in Berkshire since 1994.
Tickets for Gig in the Gardens are managed by our ticketing partner, AV Events. Ticket holders must be 15 years or over – any guests aged under 15 years can only attend if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. There will be a strict 18+ policy for the sale of all alcoholic drinks. Full T&Cs can be viewed here.
