Community Outreach and Engagement Worker

Becoming Mums is a peer-led organisation supporting mothers through pregnancy, early parenthood and beyond through creative, welcoming and community-centred sessions.

They are looking for someone to join the team on a freelance, fixedterm contract, supporting outreach and engagement with mothers across Reading communities where barriers mean families are less likely to access local support. This role will focus on developing relationships within local communities, building trust with mothers and families, facilitating peer support groups, and connecting people with local services and opportunities. Working closely with our team, you 'll help create inclusive, accessible spaces where mothers feel they belong and can access the support they need.

Salary: £200 per day  
Contracted hours: 2 days per month, fixed term until November 2029

Ballet Teacher Wanted - Reading School of Dance

Freelance drama teachers - StageAbility Reading

I am looking for inspiring freelance drama teachers to join our committed team at StageAbility to deliver our drama clubs to primary schools in and around the Reading and Wokingham area.

At StageAbility, we believe that every child can benefit from a drama class, particularly the most shy! Our classes focus on developing confidence and self-esteem first and foremost, so much of our class is based around fun games and drama activities.

Requirements of the role:

• Experience in teaching drama to children aged 4-11.

• Enhanced DBS certificate. (StageAbility can process this for right candidate.)

• First Aid certification is preferred

• Safeguarding certificate

• Available some weekdays from 3pm

• Registered self-employed

£30 for the first hour, £20 per hour thereafter
